Rights You Receive (The License) ᅠ
Upon full payment, you, the commissioner, are granted a perpetual license for the personal use of the commissioned artwork.
・Posting the artwork online in non-commercial contexts, provided you clearly credit me by social media ( "Art by @miuusmiu").Rights I Retain
I reserve the right to:・Display the artwork in my online portfolios.
・Use the artwork for self-promotion (e.g., in my commission info, advertisements, streams).
・Post the artwork to social media platforms.
・When I display the work, I will always credit you as the commissioner and/or character owner.Strictly Prohibited Uses
・Do not claim the artwork as your own creation.
・Any alteration, reproduction, tracing, redistribution, or unauthorized use of my artwork is strictly prohibited
・Do not use the final product for any purpose other than what was agreed upon or post on platforms not authorized.Absolute and Non-Negotiable Prohibitions
The following uses are strictly forbidden and will not be licensed under any circumstances, regardless of offered payment:・AI Training/Machine Learning: You may not use the artwork in any dataset, model, or system for artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar technologies.・NFT/Blockchain: You may not mint, tokenize, or otherwise use the artwork in any non-fungible token (NFT), blockchain, or cryptocurrency-related project.・Transfer the license to a third party without my permission.ⓘㅤAll commissions are granted with exclusive, paid usage permissions. Please respect my work and the rights of my clients.
The following prohibitions apply to commissioners and third parties alike.
Commercial Licenses
If you require the artwork for any commercial purpose, a separate Commercial License must be purchased. This involves an additional fee and a customized agreement. Please contact me before commissioning to discuss your needs.Thank you for your interest in my work and for respecting my rights as an artist.

02.ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤPayment Sectionㅤㅤㅤㅤ

PAYMENTS & SLOTSㅤㅤㅤ
Please noteㅤ that currently, agreements to commission work from me must be made in advance (at least one month in advance) due to my personal and artistic schedule.・To ensure a smooth and secure commissioning process, full payment is required upfront before any work begins.・An official invoice or payment link will be sent to you once your order has been accepted and I am ready to begin. Please do not send any payment before receiving it.If you decide to pay upfront or before receiving the official invoice, please understand that this does not change or prioritize your position in the queue. You must still respect the agreed-upon start date and waiting time according to my availability.・Your commission slot is officially reserved only after the payment is confirmed.・If full payment is not received within 72 hours of the invoice being sent, without prior communication, the commission slot will be automatically canceled.・By completing the payment, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital product and no physical goods will be shipped.ⓘㅤMy art prices are subject to change based on my availability to work on commissions and my desire to work on certain types of commissions.REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICYArtist's Right to Cancel
I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, illness, or personal reasons. Refunds are granted solely in exceptional cases and at my discretion. Client-initiated cancellations/refunds are not accept once work has begun.・Full Refund: A full refund will be issued if I have not started working on your piece.・Partial Refund: If work has already begun, a partial refund will be granted based on the progress made up to the cancellation point.In the event of a cancellation and during the cancellation process, the following options will apply:If you do not wish to keep the sketch:Sketch stage: 100% refund.If you choose to keep the progress made:Sketch + color: 80% refund.
Lineart + base color: 40% refund.Refunds are calculated based on the amount of work completed and the time invested up to the point of cancellation.・If the deadline associated with the rush fee is not met, only the rush fee will be refunded. Refund eligibility may be affected if delays occur due to missing information or late responses from the client.By commissioning my services, you acknowledge and accept this policy. In cases where a monetary refund is not applicable, I may, at my discretion, offer alternative compensation (such as a simplified artwork). This is not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. I will always strive to deliver the best possible outcome for each commission

Depending on whether you give a specific idea or grant me artistic freedom, I will review your request and provide an approximate payment date.b. I allow up to two significant changes. : changes that force me to redraw everything from scratchㅤㅤㅤ2ndㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤLINEART or BASE COLORS﹕
Only minor changes are allowed, such as adjustments to the size or shape of props or to the base colors.If you wish to add new props that were not previously agreed upon, you have the option to pay the “multiple props” fee (+15–30%).ㅤㅤㅤ3rdㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤFINAL ADJUSTMENTS﹕ Only small color tweaks.FEEDBACK ᅠI will wait for your comments and approval before moving on to the next step. Once an update is approved, I will not accept changes from previous steps.
・ If I do not hear from you within a week without prior notice, I will continue working until the piece is finished. Changes will no longer be accepted.

To ensure clear communication and manage expectations, keep the following in mind:My AvailabilityㅤㅤI am a full-time student. The time I have to rest at home is also the time I use to draw and manage commissions. Your patience and support make this possible, and I am incredibly grateful.・ My work schedule is organized around my classes, so I typically draw a few days per week.・ Please note: I am generally unavailable on most Friday/Saturdays.Work Pauses (Important)ㅤㅤ One or two weeks before my exams or during other important personal commitments, I will need to pause my commission work. This is crucial for me to maintain a balance between my academic responsibilities, my economic situation, and my well-being.・ I will always do my best to provide advance notice of any scheduled pauses.Time Zone & Languageㅤㅤ For smooth communication, I routinely use a translator. Unless a commercial license is agreed upon in writing, you are only permitted to use the commissioned artwork for personal and private purposes.Permitted personal uses include personal enjoyment, private projects, or private decoration.You may not monetize the artwork or use it in any profit-based project without first obtaining a commercial license from me.

If you wish to commission artwork for commercial purposes, the total price of the commission, as well as any applicable royalties, must be discussed and agreed upon in advance.Examples of commercial use include:・Content for streaming platforms where you profit from it (e.g., Twitch, YouTube).
・Merchandising or promotional use for goods, services, or businesses. Inclusion in games, books, or other media that are sold. Advertisements, prints, licensing, or distribution of digital files.Important notes:
