I retain full creative and intellectual rights to all of my illustrations and designs. This means you may not use, repost, modify, download, copy, or claim my work as your own without my explicit permission and proper credit, regardless of whether you are a client or not.I do not allow my work to be used for AI training, NFTs, blockchain-related projects, or similar purposes.All my commissions are protected by exclusive, paid permissions. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or alterations are strictly prohibited.As the artist, I reserve the right to share my artwork on social media and online platforms for promotional purposes such as showcasing commission examples, advertising my services, or expanding my portfolio. When doing so, I will always credit the commissioner and clarify that the piece is a commissioned work.Please respect the time, effort, and creativity behind each piece not only mine as the artist, but also the trust and investment of my clients.Thank you for your understanding and support.

🌸﹕PERSONAL USE
Unless a commercial fee is discussed, the commissioner is only allowed to use the artwork for personal purposes. If, in the future, the client wishes to monetize the content or use it in a profit-driven project, a proper commercial license must be purchased.
・The client may use it for personal entertainment, private projects, or private decoration.

🌸﹕COMMERCIAL USE
If you wish to commission artwork for commercial use, the total commission price, as well as any royalties, will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
・Uses like content for streaming/earnings platforms, use for merchandise, ads, prints, licenses, or files.

🌸﹕IF YOU NEED A PRIVACY FEE
Publication of the process or the final result should be avoided until the agreed-upon date. If I wish to share it, I must keep it private or show only a portion of the image, completely blurred.

ㅤㅤQUEUEㅤㅤㅤ
This is not a first-come, first-served system. I organize my queue based on deadlines, complexity, and my availability. In case of any unforeseen delays, I’ll notify you as soon as possible.ㅤㅤ01ㅤㅤㅤㅤI am a full time student, it means that the time I have to rest or be at home is the time I use to draw, I will really appreciate if you are kind and patient.ㅤㅤ02ㅤㅤㅤㅤOur time zones and language are different. First of all, I apologize if the translator can change the tone of my words.ㅤㅤ03ㅤㅤㅤㅤI usually work a few days a week according to my class schedule. Most Saturdays I will not be available.

ㅤPRESERVATION ㅤ
Commission files will be deleted from my storage after some time. I recommend saving a backup on your own device, as I cannot guarantee long-term access.

ㅤPAYMENTS & REFUNDS ㅤ
To ensure a secure transaction and prevent misuse of my sketches, I require full payment upfront for all my commissions.ㅤㅤ01ㅤㅤㅤIf payment is not made within 72 hours without prior notice of a delay, the commission will be canceled.
ㅤㅤ02ㅤㅤㅤI reserve the right to cancel your commission at any time if I am unable to complete it. A full refund will only be issued if I haven’t started working on the sketch.
a. If the Client requests a cancellation, 50% of the project cost may be retained if it is cancelled after the maximum 3 months.
b. The invoice, proposal, or payment link will be sent to the Client when the Artist is ready to begin. The Client should not send money before these requests.
c. Once work has begun or payments have been made, the Client acknowledges that the Work and deliverables are digital and no physical goods will be shipped.

I have no specific limits. So feel free to tell me briefly about your idea, if it contains suggestive images or blood, don't forget to mark it as spoiler! or let me know beforehand that it's about such a request! I'll let you know if it's beyond my abilities.
